It is not a medical practice or provider and does not guarantee the quality of care provided by these medical practices. The medical services provided by the medical practices, and the operational and support services provided by Online Ketamine Clinic are referred to as “Service”.

The total subscription price for the Service includes the charges for use of the Service and any additional charges for consultations with a provider, prescription drugs filled through a pharmacy, and mental health services, as applicable. These additional charges will be collected on behalf of and paid to the relevant parties.

Relationship with the OnlineKetamineClinic.com

The Online Ketamine Clinic provides access for clients to licensed providers for ketamine therapy treatments and life-coaching as recommended by medical practitioners and psychedelic integration guides. The clinic does not control the clinical decision-making of the clinicians, and is not responsible for the quality of care provided by them. The professional medical services provided by the medical practitioners or doctors and therapy treatment services provided by the clinic are collectively referred to in these Terms of Service as the “Service”.

To register for the Service, you must provide accurate Personal Information including but not limited to your first name, phone number, date of birth, country, and email address. Any PHI (Personal Health Information) collected is HIPAA compliant and secured. This will help the clinic provide better Services, assist with your queries, and establish a relationship with you. The clinic will only inform you of important updates regarding the Services using the details provided. In addition to the Personal Information mentioned above, the clinic may also access your IP address and location data to understand your preferences on its platform and display Services that may be relevant to you. The Personal Information of Users will be processed according to the Privacy Policy.

Account Registration

To access the services offered by onlineketamineclinic.com, you must sign up for an account. This step is necessary for establishing a relationship with us and for future reference. Our platform will keep all of your information secure, and it may be shared with our business affiliates and partners to assist us in providing you with relevant services. This price includes the charges for medical services provided by our affiliated medical groups and prescription medications. These charges will be collected by OnlineKetamineClinic.com and paid on your behalf to the medical groups and pharmacies.

Agreement for Self-payment of Services

OnlineKetamineClinic.com and its affiliated Medical Groups prioritize delivering top-quality healthcare services. However, as we do not participate in any insurance plans including Medicare or Medicaid, and do not accept health insurance, our services must be fully paid for by patients. This makes our services 100% self-pay.

It is the responsibility of the patient to understand the details of their insurance policy and to know their benefits. OnlineKetamineClinic.com takes no responsibility for the terms and conditions of insurance policies. By agreeing to use our services, patients agree to make a self-pay purchase for services that may not be covered by their insurance if they had received the same services from a different provider. There is no assurance from OnlineKetamineClinic.com that insurance companies will make any payment towards the cost of services rendered.

Consent for Recurring Charges

For products and/or services with ongoing payments, the payment method you provided will be automatically charged at specified intervals as outlined during checkout. If a credit/debit card is being utilized, OnlineKetamineClinic.com may receive prior authorization for an amount equal to the payment. To designate a different payment method or update payment information, please send an email to support@onlinketamineclinic.com to make the change.

Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions

Any contests, sweepstakes, or other promotional activities (collectively referred to as “Promotions”) offered through the onlinketamineclinic.com platform may have separate or additional rules compared to these Terms of Use. If you choose to participate in any of these Promotions, kindly take time to review the specific terms and rules for the Promotion as well as our Privacy Policy. If the terms for a specific Promotion contradict or conflict with these Terms of Use, the terms specific to the Promotion will apply.

Disputes & Cancellations

In the event of a dispute between users during communication, we encourage them to contact our customer support department for assistance at info@onlineketamineclinic.com.

If the clinicians that clients are referred to determine that the client(s) are not eligible or a good candidate for the onlineketamineclinic.com treatment packages before treatment begins, a full refund will be issued immediately after the initial visit. No refunds will be provided after the clinician has sent the prescription to a pharmacy for fulfillment.

While over 80% of clients report significant improvements, psychedelic treatments are not a one-size-fits-all solution. Our clients’ results are shared on social media and at onlineketamineclinic.com, but this does not guarantee the same results for all.

Treatment Results & Refunds

As with any medical treatment, the results of our ketamine therapy, psychotherapy, and life-coaching services can vary and cannot be guaranteed. Our partner clinicians will provide in-depth consultations and detailed explanations throughout the entire process while addressing any questions or concerns you may have. However, we cannot offer refunds or guarantee results.

If the clinicians that client(s) are referred to determine that the client(s) are not eligible or a good candidate for the OnlineKetamineClinic.com treatment packages prior to starting treatment, then a refund will be issued in full immediately after the initial visit. No refunds will be issued after the clinician sends the prescription to a pharmacy to be filled.

By using our platform, you understand that there are no refunds and agree not to hold onlineketamineclinic.com responsible for any chargebacks.

We strive for 100% satisfaction and will do our best to accommodate changes in your schedule. If you need to reschedule your appointment, email info@onlineketamineclinic.com at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a no-show fee.

Note: If you financed one of our treatment packages through a third-party financing partner, you are subject to the terms and conditions of your agreement with that partner.

Refund Policy

At the Online Ketamine Clinic, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out and you may need to cancel your participation in one of our programs. That’s why we have a simple and fair refund policy in place to ensure that you’re taken care of.

Here’s what you need to know:

You must first speak and get approval with one of our friendly team members before you’re eligible for a refund.
Refunds are only available for services that have not been rendered. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for prescription medications.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your initial medical consultation, or if you don’t show up, there may be a fee of $75 for the first one or $150.
If you cancel after your medication has been shipped, you’re responsible for payment of the first three experiences.
If you haven’t been in touch with your medical team for 8 weeks or more, your program may be automatically canceled and you won’t be eligible for a refund.
If you disclose new information during your medical consultation that makes you medically unfit for the program, you will be discharged and won’t receive a refund for that consultation.
If you need to be discharged for medical or psychiatric reasons, you can request a refund for any unrendered services.
All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.

Should any dispute proceed to court instead of arbitration, both parties waive their right to a jury trial.
